Service Description
DentCheckup allows users to upload photographs of their oral cavity for automated analysis by our artificial intelligence algorithms. Based on this analysis, the Service may generate a preliminary report highlighting potential areas of concern. Users may then have the option to connect with dental professionals via third-party messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp) for further consultation.

- The AI analysis and any subsequent consultation via WhatsApp do not establish a doctor-patient relationship.

User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using DentCheckup, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the minor's legal guardian.

We take your privacy seriously. The images you upload are processed for the purpose of analysis. While we implement security measures to protect your data, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DentCheckup and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
