2. How We Use AI

Our proprietary algorithms analyze your dental images to identify potential issues such as cavities, gum inflammation, or plaque buildup.

No. The AI analysis is a preliminary screening tool and does not constitute a medical diagnosis. Always consult with a qualified dentist for a professional examination. Our tool is designed to highlight areas of concern for your doctor to review.

We may use de-identified (anonymized) images to improve our algorithm's accuracy. You can opt-out of this in the app settings at any time.

3. Doctor Consultation via WhatsApp

If you choose to consult a dentist, we facilitate the secure transfer of your preliminary report to our partner clinics via WhatsApp Business API.

End-to-End Encryption: All communications via WhatsApp are end-to-end encrypted. DentCheckup cannot read messages exchanged directly between you and the doctor after the initial handoff.
